SailGP returns to Portsmouth

The stage is set for the return of the on 25-26 July 2026.
Kicking off the European leg of the 2026 season, 13 national teams, including Dylan Fletcher’s Emirates GBR team, will battle it out on the Solent racing side-by-side in identical F50 catamarans reaching speeds of up to 60mph (52kts).
With spectacular grandstand views of the action from Southsea Common and epic race stadium entertainment, it will be the racing event of the summer.

This summer, SailGP created one of its most unforgettable events yet, with record-breaking crowds and heart-stopping race moments on the Solent.
The spectator experience
Find family-friendly entertainment, immersive fan experiences, an F50 simulator, photo moments, and live headline performances in the SailGP Race Stadium on Southsea Common.
This year you’ll also find waterfront grandstands offering stadium seating and dedicated Race Stadium hosts – perfect for fans who want to be in the heart of the action.
There will also be Waterfront Premium Lounge and VIP experiences for those looking to enjoy the thrill of SailGP in style and comfort.
