Stand options and rates
Class Association
拢450 + VAT.
Space is provided for one boat with approximately one metre all around and includes a 拢10 million public liability insurance at Farnborough for the period 20-22 February 2026.
Additional stand space is charged at the commercial rate.
RYA affiliated Class Association space is non-commercial and intended for the promotion of the class association events calendar. Commercial activity on stands enjoying concessionary rates is restricted unless a commercial rights fee has been paid.
The fee per class association is 拢465.35 + VAT. If the stand consists of one class association and more space is required (for another boat), the additional space will be charged that of the commercial stand space per square metre.

Sailing Club
拢37.80 + VAT per sqm.
We offer RYA affiliated sailing clubs spaces on a square metre basis at a discounted rate to promote their club for the upcoming season.聽
Commercial stands and Commercial Training Centres
拢64.29 + VAT per sqm.
Commercial stand spaces are for those retailing dinghies and associated equipment. All commercial stands are required to have public liability insurance in the sum of not less than 拢5 million for each and every claim, however 拢10 million is recommended for the duration of the show鈥檚 tenancy at Farnborough International Exhibition Centre for the period 20-22 February 2026.
Insurance (Public Liability)
Under the terms of the contract with Farnborough International Exhibition Centre all exhibitors are required to have public liability insurance in the sum of not less than 拢5 million for each and every claim, however 拢10 million is recommended for the duration of the show's tenancy at Farnborough International Exhibition Centre, including the build-up and break down phases.
Indemnity
By applying for stand space each exhibitor undertakes and agrees to indemnify the RYA and hold it harmless against the consequences of any breach by the exhibitor, his staff, stand personnel, contractors or visitors of the Health & Safety policy, the Health & Safety legislation and any other legal duty which applies to them.
